A visit to Station F
Very inspiring and interesting meeting at ShakeUp Factory, STATION F in Paris.
Thank you Deniz Koca, EIT Food for bringing us together.
It turned out at the meeting with Kevin Camphuis, co-founder / FoodTech expert, ShakeUpFactory, that we have a lot in common. Interesting conversations and reflections on long-term strategic path choices for sustainable food production and climate-smart provision of a growing population with nutritious food.

We can also see future partnerships for cross-border projects in sectors such as technology development, circular production and an increased recovery of residual products and by-products in the food and agriculture sector.
Shakeupfactory today supports, among other things, the innovative Swedish food tech company Green-On , who has developed a process that creates saturated fat from three simple ingredients—carbon dioxide, water, and electricity.
